Crown Agents to pay Mr. Irving's pen-
sions from Federated Malay States and Hong Kong at the rate of £119 188. 8d.
and £809 48. 8d. respectively with
effect from the 23rd of July, and inform
them that he has elected to continue
his contributions to the Widows and
Orphans Pensions Scheme on the basis of
his pension from Hong Kong funds; and
send Governor a copy of the above, .
